Universal Orlando Resorts Launches Major Hiring Initiative for 2,500 Positions

Universal Orlando Resort, the premier destination for theme park enthusiasts, has announced a major hiring initiative to fill over 2,500 positions across its parks and CityWalk. The resort is seeking applicants for various full-time, part-time, seasonal, and professional roles, with competitive base hourly pay offered for all employees.

As part of its commitment to providing high-quality services, Universal Orlando Resort offers a range of opportunities in areas such as custodial, parking and transportation, security, paramedics, entrance operations, call center, and more. The resort is also hiring lifeguards, slide attendants, and other personnel for its Volcano Bay water park.

In addition to its operational roles, Universal Orlando Resort is seeking professionals for its Food & Beverage team, including cooks, cashiers, dishwashers, and other culinary positions. The resort also offers career opportunities in IT, finance, marketing, sales, and human resources.

The starting pay for Universal Orlando Resort employees was raised to $15 per hour in 2021 and further raised for certain culinary jobs in 2022, with pay ranging from $16.50 to $20 per hour depending on positions.
